Standard user data disapper - Microsoft Community


standard user data disappeared , start menu not working

did have 1 or more standard user accounts?  showing anywhere in settings>accounts>your info or family , other people?

check in file explorer under c:\users user accounts see if files still there.  wouldn't disappear on own must have had delete or move them, or suffered infection. 

is admin account ms account?  can use create local user account in windows 10.

but first go on windows 10 performance , install integrity checklist - microsoft community make sure install set correctly, optimized best performance, , needed disinfection or repairs done.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
