tiles on start screen - Microsoft Community


on dell inspirion 7353 half tiles on start screen haves words, no icons or pictures. how can fix it?

i read many similiar complaints none resolved. please , give explanation why happening many people. thank in advance.

  • does issue occur on start tiles?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
