Windows 10 freezing and buzzing - Microsoft Community

recently got new computer , installed windows 10 on it. in first week fine started noticing when playing games or watching video computer freeze quarter or half second, make loud buzzing sound in headphones or speaker , return normal. while playing video buzzes without freezing in game both. one time got blue screen message "your pc ran problem , needs restart. we're collecting error info, , we'll restart you." happened while playing game.

the issue cannot caused virus since pc new , didn't download files. have not experienced issue @ on windows 7 , 8.1. have considered return windows 8.1 because of this, it's such annoyance.

tried:
- setting balanced high performance - set on option
- sfc/scannow - found nothing
- drivers - date
- hardware issue troubleshoot - found updating drivers new pluged-in devices
- updating windows - date

specs (most important things):
processor: intel® core™ i5-6400 2.70 ghz (6m cache, 3.30 ghz)
grapshics card: asus nvidia geforce gtx 1050ti 4gb ddr5 ex-gtx1050ti-o4g
ram: 8 gb
windows 10 pro 64-bit

this issue occur if there corrupted or missing data files on computer. appreciate of steps you've done far. can try below steps , check if helps:

run system maintenance troubleshooter.

1. type troubleshooting in search box on desktop.
2. select troubleshooting.
3. on left-pane, select view all , click system maintenance.
4. click next perform system maintenance troubleshooter , proceed steps.
