my laptop freezes after every 2min,then have force stop it. do

hi,

the performance issue presented caused few things. better @ what’s going on, need more information:

1.    is version of windows 10 upgrade?
2.    does computer prompt error message @ point when freezes?
3.    is home computer or work?

forward hearing regarding concern.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
