Windows 10 problems aft update - Microsoft Community


week had update kb3150513 on 5/16 fine.  working avg product working , wanted me check windows updates.  showed there one, manually updated not show in update list.  took 22 hours when finished pc began reloading icons on windows screen on , over.  rebooted 3 times same results.  turned off pc couple of hours , came on , stayed up.  unable click windows icon on start bar or use windows key.  have looked through various event viewers have found error 0x80004005, saw other things not used looking @ them in way not sure are.  appreciate suggestions on next.  since cannot use windows start button don't know how screens familiar with.  on windows 10, 10.0.14393 build 14393 abstract layer version 10.0.14393.206  thank

the error code 0x80004005 occurs when windows product activation's (wpa) required file damage or missing. suggest checking link , follow troubleshooting steps resolve update issue you're experiencing.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
