Auto-hide taskbar not working all the time - Microsoft Community


i have set taskbar auto-hide.  most taskbar posts auto-hiding deal making taskbar hide.  my problem cannot taskbar appear.  normally taskbar hides until cursor bottom of screen , taskbar appears.  however, under following circumstances, cannot taskbar appear.

1) magicjack app running (internet phone) running time.

2) @ least part of taskbar must hidden app, example, maximized browser window.

3) if cursor bottom of screen on desktop, taskbar appears.

4) if cursor bottom of screen in app covering or part of taskbar, taskbar not appear.  this annoying when have browser, email client, spreadsheet, etc. maximized.

5) taskbar works correctly if magicjack app not running.

anybody got ideas might going on?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
