Can't find programs like "painting" on the start bar nor - Microsoft Community


i have windows 10 updated windows 8.1. approximately after that, following error message every time start laptop , desktop opens:

"run dll error message:
c:\users\user\appdata\local\balance form\bin\balanceform.dll"

the major problem occurs when want open, instance, word program or windows painting or applications downloaded lmms music production , not displayed on search bar nor in start list.

but when open word file, example, opens in word program.

trying fix problem alone, brought lot of trouble, searched fixes online , nothing!

  • i have tried clean pc in order fix problem.
  • i have tried fix "dll fixer" , forced each time buy programs, without guarantee of success, not sure of problem.
  • i have counted programs in order see if the"527(or whatever) programs" bug, not problem too.

  • i have tried activex , malware apps, these methods totally useless.

i should prof , money issue, if there risk not have problem fixed, eitherway feel solution simple "techi" , can solved no costs.

anyone can or give me spark in dark? desperate.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
