downloaded app from microsoft.com and now I can't log into laptop - Microsoft Community

i visiting sister in colorado , wanted watch hockey team, downloaded foxsportsgo app on niece's pc.  there screen comes states "sign device using microsoft account?" "from here on out, you'll unlock device using either password account or, if set 1 up, pin......"   must of clicked "next" , didn't realize seriousness of had done. 

now neice can't sign lap top password, nor mine. 

what can do?

this means login computer changed local account microsoft account.

please have them try logging in using microsoft account , password.

if successful, here how switch local account:

1. type account on search bar, select manage account.
2. select sign in local account instead.
3. enter microsoft account password on current password box.
4. follow instructions , enter old local account information.
