when shutting down pc (windows 10) following message:

the exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in application @ location 0x0000tff6285c11c0. close program hit "ok". when hit ok shuts down okay 

the way can live can tell me whats going on? , maybe how fix it.

we want know more issue you’re experiencing. have made changes prior issue?

you can try perform clean boot uses a minimal set of drivers , startup programs.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
