How do you want to open this file?? - always showing up on - Microsoft Community


hello, noticed every time laptop starts up, first thing show on system after signed in "how want open file??'' message , list of options., i'm not sure file system trying open. don't have clue, doesn't affect how used laptop since not show again after closed. bothering @ first. , advised appreciated. in advance.

we want learn more concern. verify following:

  • when did start experience issue?
  • what changes has been made computer since then?
  • are running latest os build windows 10 creators update? press windows key + s , type winver press enter. latest build 15063.332.

in meantime, let's see if issue persists in safe mode. start windows in basic state, using limited set of files , drivers.

please advise necessary.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
