how stop recycle bin emptying automatically in windows 10?

have installed ccleaner?

open ccleaner, select options, settings , uncheck box before run ccleaner when computer starts. select options, monitoring, , uncheck box before enable system monitoring.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
