Taskbar issues after April, 2017 Windows10 updates - Microsoft Community


after recent windows10 update, downloaded , applied laptop on april 17th having problems accessing start menu, microsoft edge, , pc notifications page taskbar. other applications on task bar (ms office 2016, outlook, vpn, adobe pdf reader, , file explorer) have no problems. i've restarted numerous times no effect. appreciated.

on comprehenssion, seemed cannot use start menu, right? regardless if able to, try o restart explorer.exe task manager.

right click on task bar > task manager > process tab> scroll down , locate windows explorer > click restart @ bottom right corner.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
