in windows defender settings options "check apps , files" greyed out.

does know how fix this?

i running windows 10 pro x64, version 1703, os build 15063.296

windows defender automatically disabled if there's third party security application installed on computer. diagnose issue, know if have third party security app installed on computer.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
