Windows 10 don't work and Cortana always chrash - Microsoft Community


freezes screen , shutting down no explorer not cortana either plus can't turn off pc tried many way solve problem seems nothing isn't working.please need help

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
