Windows 10 Firewall after Creators update switches itself on - Microsoft Community


i've seen few threads on this, can't sort it.

i running bullguard security alongside windows 10.  following creators update, cloud backup service cannot connect.

the obvious place firewalls, whenever turn off windows firewall, turns on again, watch.

any ideas?

i solved problem re-installing software.  

i'm still not sure whether have 2 firewalls or one!  the way permanently disable windows firewall first disable bullguard one.  i suspect bullguard using windows firewall.

anyway, issue resolved

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
