every startup windows pop-up comes x in o saying

can not find script file

i tried powerful uninstalling winrar iobit uninstaller did not work.

please help

you can follow these steps address concern:

step 1: enabled hidden administrator.

1. open command prompt (admin).
2. type net user administrator /active:yes hit enter.
3. you should see message command completed successfully.
4. log ou log in using hidden admin.

note: hidden administrator account has more privileges regular administrator account. recommend enabling hidden administrator account if you're need troubleshoot specific problem , disabling when you're done.

step 2: perform clean boot

perform clean boot following steps applicable windows 10 under how perform clean boot in support article.

step 3: uninstall script file

after uninstalling file, log out of hidden admin log in regular admin.

step 4: disable hidden administrator.

1. open command prompt (admin).
2. type net user administrator /active:no hit enter.
3. you should see message command completed successfully.
