Disk usage and Firefox - Microsoft Community


every time tried resume laptop hibernation firefox websites wont load, stuck in constant loading mode.  able find everytime  taskmanager shows disk usage seems using 100% of capacity same time firefox not working. have tried disable start items nothing seem work. internet explorer work though.

my laptop asus republic of gamers, strix lot of ram , capacity don't know might causing problem.

it sounds cause of issue related updates or programs installed on pc. ask questions know best possible resolution offer:

  • did make changes on pc before issue started?
  • have tried checking if there available updates mozilla firefox?
  • have tried clearing browsers cache , cookies?
  • have tried restarting pc in safe mode networking start windows in basic state, using limited set of files , drivers?
  • have tried running system file checker tool check , repair corrupted system files?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
