grey screen after sleep - Microsoft Community


updated latest version of windows 10 few days back, after whenever pc goes sleep , grey screen stripes appear, have press power button continuously , switch off , start windows. ive lost crucial files.     please give soln rid of problem

users may experience problems 1 facing if device drivers not compatible update installed. may need updated resolve issue. before can give best resolution problem, please answer following questions:

  • how did install update on computer?
  • do error messages when problem happens?

it's best check available updates drivers , install them. updates allow existing drivers adapt updated operating system. read updating device drivers in windows, go page.

you can run troubleshooters in control panel more details problem. follow these steps run suggested tool:

  1. click on start.
  2. type troubleshooting then press enter.
  3. on left panel, click on view all.
  4. choose hardware , devices , allow troubleshooter run.
  5. do same power.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
