Kaspersky causes desktop icons to flash any time admin options are - Microsoft Community


i uninstalled kaspersky because interfering ability download  , install windows updates.

in doing so, have discovered previous occurrence of desktop icons flashing when opening file explorer, task manager, settings, or of other admin options has ceased.

i did not make note of when flashing started or when occurred of admin options, did seem occurrences more prevalent in recent months.   posted in forums issue did not consider possibility kaspersky culprit.  assumed normal occurrence in windows.

i wonder why on earth kaspersky want keep track of of activities on windows....

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
