Not Administrator - Microsoft Community

i've looked through posts , none have helped me, okay account (the account) on laptop says it's administrator when go manage accounts it's account type standard. because of can not change it. 1 weird thing me not being administrator can't delete files aren't essential operating system (an example game files, can delete them if go each folder , individually) also, can't access microsoft edge because says can not opened built-in administrator account , must sign in different account. finally, administrator month or ago realized couldn't open edge. ignored , didn't seem problem until today when not delete folders without going them individually , deleting every file in every folder (this tedious enormous amount of files), kind of big problem me. appreciated, thanks!
