have been trying redeem 2 microsoft gift cards day. each one, following happens: 1) type in code , site recognizes proper amount 2) press submit , screen says "an unexpected error has occurred. error has been recorded , microsoft work fix issue. please try again later.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
