Restart Issue-Infinite Loading-Blackscreen - Microsoft Community


after installing windows 10, i'm facing problems related to-if restart computer, takes time start , goes infinite loading black screen, nothing happens, until or unless enter start button again. solution....? please respond possible

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
