turning off - Microsoft Community


when shutting off laptop after few seconds restarts , stay off if holding power button   have tried settings , set shut down after minute not work   have erbooted computer , still not work

  • did make recent changes laptop prior issue?
  • which build , version of windows using?
  • aside setting laptop shut down after minute, other troubleshooting steps have done?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
