When as the PC Administrator, I add accounts, the sub account START - Microsoft Community


started , set hp pavilion pc, , set accounts...everything functioned win10 system, until few weeks ago. of sudden, daughter's account start screen not functioning win10 start screen. 9 couldn't tell me how started. now, left click not bring apps, , right click shows submenu's instead. had hp tech assist trouble shoot remote control and couldn't figure out, tech set user account , account had same issue. admin account win10 start is still functioning properly.

the issue encountered can caused corruption. better isolate concern we'd to ask following questions:

  • is there way provide screenshot?
  • have tried opening , viewing application?
  • did error messages?

we're looking forward response.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
