Window Z-order Problem - Microsoft Community


i'm having problem order of windows. every once in while alt-tabbing leaves current window on top , in focus, alt-tab selected app 1 level below it. i've had app displays modal dialog box, displayed behind main window retains focus , there no way front without using "close window". oddly enough closing window brings modal dialog front instead of closing it. 

it seems once machine gets state way fix log out , in.

is there fix this?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
