windows 10 not sleep when close lid for my laptop - Microsoft Community


use windows 10. not sleep after few hours, works fine @ start power bottom within hours , have press power bottom several seconds shut laptop down power up.
no matter close lid or press power bottom when try open laptop failed.
excel files , word file show use original 1 messages. 
matter it?

i told sb.

go to control panel  then device manager, system devices, intel(r) management engine interface, power management,

uncheck option "allow computer turn off device save power"

i tried , now.



Windows / Windows 10 / Power on or off a device / PC

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
