it possible issue you're having related user profile. initial troubleshooting, suggest create test user profile check if issue reoccurs.

to create user profile, follow these steps:   

1. go settings. click accounts.  
2. select family & other people. 
3. select add else pc tab.  
4. name user test.  
5. leave password field blank. 
6. hit next.  
7. sign in test user.
