Windows 10 will restart in one minute loop - Microsoft Community

since morning keep getting windows has encountered problem , restart in 1 minute message. keeps happening on loop. while computer open barely works. i've tried solutions i've found;

i can't access advanced option no matter method can't safe boot. @ all. won't open give me these options.  tried holding shift tried in settings tried pressing f8 tried cmd won't give me page. 

i have no internet nor options connect,  i'm using phone. 

i can't open folders crashes instantly. 

can't clean boot nor system restore nor reset pc or without keeping files crashes , restart instantly. 

can't sfc/scannow restarts before reach 20%.

even doing nothing makes restart. can't stop restarting not cmd shutdown . exe /a

there's no solution left since nothing works , can't access need fix it. 

help?

this occurs due multiple reasons (basing on how use computer and/or on it). upon reading post, determined have tried needed troubleshooting steps no avail. highly recommend need, download media creation tool, create iso , clean install.

give update once you've done clean install.
