DCOM Error 10016 - Cannot change permissions in Component Services Win - Microsoft Community


googling i've seen lot of postings concerning issue did not find solution help.

i error runtimebroker , shellservicehost not every time i'm starting pc enaugh. solutions offered didn't help:

- changing registry , taking ownership of keys administrators giving them proper permissions

- restarting pc

- trying change persmission in component services administrator (i'm member in admin group)

- trying in safe mode

is there solution this? drives me cracy.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
