i have pc monitor (1440 x 900) main monitor, have tv plugged hdmi slot on graphics card screen little big (all 4 sides cut off) on desktop, right clicked>display settings>advanced display settings , changed display 1024 x 768 applied setting can see 4 sides of desktop on tv it's not widescreen, there way keep 1024 make widescreen (something 1024 x 992)

i know there isn't 1024 x 992 (only 992 1768 x 992 made screen small.......maybe custom resolution?

windows has own default scaling settings , colors each display in pc, best system.

we understand want make custom modifications go beyond type of adjustments can made through windows utility. can give suggestions through feedback hub, readily available windows 10. can find through cortana or search bar.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
