I can't use the spam report page. - Microsoft Community


after contacted home depot's web site display took on monitor came up, shown below  message on sceen. way out of turn off computer. did call number, , talked claimed work ms. had accent, indian. didn't sound right. computer has started working again, i'd report threat ms. when tried through web site wouldn't submit report because wouldn't let me list date of occurence. appears web site hacked too.

copy of part of screen display. unable make screen dump or else computer.

is there way contact spam report site email or phone, avoiding hacked web page?

update:  got technical scam report submitted. couldn't figure out how input date, , kept getting rejected. tried lots of different ways of inputting date, , figured out. feature use simplification.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
