Locked up Powershell command won't be deleted - Microsoft Community

i have problem these 2 powershell commands on laptop's start context menu: 1 reads -

directory open powershell window here all users powershell.exe -noexit -command set-location '%v'

and other reads:

drive open powershell window here all users powershell.exe -noexit -command set-location '%v'

try might, cannot disable them. followed regedit advice given here , got message saying "cannot edit: error writing the value's new content".

it annoys me have no control on own computer when computer security and/or internet security may put @ risk result. have handful of user/administrator/trusted installer accounts on laptop , have no idea why they're there or purpose serve.

although don't consider myself genius, have used pc's more 20 years , internet same amount of time, when comes registry editing, information given "experts" confusing. considering amount of money i've spent on computers, software , microsoft on last 2 decades, you'd think bill gates , co provide better assistance way of fixes problems such one.

any further issue appreciated.
