i have no family on account, , if did adult.
although, every time try google chrome microsoft family features window
pops , doesn't allow me use app, says should permission use
it, when press 'ask email' doesn't work , error occurs, supposed
do, want use google chrome!?!

  • what specific error message getting?
  • were there changes on pc before encounter issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • is happening on google chrome or on other browsers?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
