problem with shutdown - Microsoft Community


even though shutdown laptop,the screen gets off , keyboard off. after 30 mins laptop still heat processor or other part working, , persists till battery drains out. doesn't happen every time. use ubuntu(dual boot), this problem never happened ubuntu happens with windows 10. 

    problem there when there 1 os (windows 10). need to remove battery , again replace again through problem.

is windows updated? if not, update latest build , check. :d

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
