Right-clicking on desktop does not work and displays loading mouse. - Microsoft Community


every time right click onto desktop, create new folder or shortcut, drop down menu not appear. thing give me loading mouse.

main factors

- not go away/load drop down menu

- in order make stop have restart windows explorer

- cant click on applications on desktop, can use taskbar , start menu

i fixed issue doing regedit > hkey_classes_root > directory > background > shellex > contextmenuhandlers , deleting every file except new , workfolders.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
