Taskbar icons flickering. - Microsoft Community


icons in taskbar flicker when delete recycling bin or empty recycling bin, happens when opening files, have tried clean install , tried update graphic driver. please help!

we suggest try installing appropriate driver display adapter manually. check driver manufacturer's website , see if helps.

you may perform deployment image servicing , management.

follow steps below:

  1. press windows + x keys.
  2. click on command prompt (admin).
  3. copy , paste following command:
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  4. hit enter to execute command. if find operation completed successfully, click x to close command prompt.
  5. reboot pc changes take effect.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
