Windows 10 is stuck in Attempting Repairs - Microsoft Community


have toshiba tecra i5 running windows 10. seldom used computer, there should no viruses. daughter uses school web based homework assignments only. working fine, couple weeks ago tried turn on, , jumps right attempting repairs, , has been running screen on week now. can not other screen attempt suggestions have seen far on site, out of questions. can not find original window's 8 start disks reinstall. it's decent little computer, hate buy new 1 if simple fix. thank any of can lend.

we suggest download media creation tool install windows 10 , create windows 10 installation dvd media , try repairing computer.

follow steps below:

1) create installation media windows 10.refer link.

2) insert the windows 10 installation dvd in dvd rom , restart computer.

3) after boot computer using windows dvd or system repair disc, black screen appears gray text "press key boot dvd". press key.

4) select correct time , keyboard type.

5) click repair computer in lower left corner.

6) follow on screen instruction.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
