hello, iv'e had laptop 5 months , not long ago (1 week ago) computer wont stay on without charger. when try start unplugged, shuts off again. when plugged in, fine. won't stay on without charger, when it's charged. suggestions???

have taken battery out reseat it, make sure it's making solid contact , snapped in place?  pc or it's battery app charge , life of battery? 

since you're within 1 year of purchase, laptop still under warranty replace battery if necessary.  contact manufacturer's tech support have them determine , replace part required. 

often tell you need send in pc (at expense).  i'd in case ask them troubleshoot determine problem, if it's battery or charger ask them send without needing ship laptop back..  may need ask supervisor exception.  polite , appreciative.  if helps let them know waiting here hear how goes.  , let know.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
