Windows 10 refuses to start up - Microsoft Community


i have been using windows 10 more year  problem has me beat. closed pc down in evening following morning refused load past opening picture (the giant's causeway) , nothing seems make load windows 10 @ all. 

has had similar problem?

p.s. giants causeway driving me nuts!!

any suggestions welcome.

what pc ?  desktop or notebook or tablet ?  

does have make , model designation ?  

what insider build have installed on pc ?  

i don't have or haven't had similar problem.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
