windows security centre service cannot be started - Microsoft Community


whenever try start windows security center service in security , maintanence, shows error(in pic), , regularly recieve notifications start windows security service. whenever trh start it, recieve error. please me resoslving issue , further info, please tell.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
