i had update , found out drop down menu adjust title bar type plus icons , menus no longer there. these type sizes small , hard read. i'm not interested in magnifier. way adjust larger size , in boldface in permanent manner. 

hope explained properly.

to address concern setting items (such text, options , icons) on larger size in windows 10, can follow these steps:

  1. using search type make text , other items larger or smaller. 
  2. under change size of text, apps, , other items: 100% (recommended), drag slider until items in size want them be.
  3. click apply.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
