Creating a new administrator on windows 10 and deleting the original - Microsoft Community

have computer upgraded windows 7 windows 10, had swapped computer , have back, there microsoft live account needed access computer under name, changed password first password okay, set myself administrator , not able access files need show on profile, had use microsoft live account gets me pc not of information on computer.
