Email showing on sign in page of Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

my wife & bought new laptops (same model, both using win 10), , set them same far privacy settings; however, wife's email address still showing on sign-in screen when opens laptop (whereas mine shows username). 

i checked registry on both of our laptops, , logon value set 0 showemail (hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\systemprotecteduserdata\s-1-5-21-...1001\anyoneread\logon). 

funny thing though, in registry there no logon folder shown (hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\systemprotecteduserdata\s-1-5-21-...\anyoneread\ -> colors, languageprofile, & scalefactors items shown in both folders 1000 & 1001). 

does have idea might happening here?  maybe turned on/off on 1 of computers? (btw, privacy setting in start, settings, accounts, sign-in options set off on both computers.)
