microsoft or windows apps - Microsoft Community


microsoft apps have become invisible or unusable. message saying . app cannot opened while file search being used under administrator.. open file search again normally.  in addition normal keyboard has changed settings.. have use external keyboard..i downloaded acer app. help!

  • when did problem start?
  • did make changes computer before issue started?
  • what troubleshooting steps have taken fix problem?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
