no password box - Microsoft Community


hi using windows 10 had issue microsoft excel & word files emailed me open on 1 computer not on other rang avg after many hours of investigations removed excel programme , reinstalled left them working on , came morning , computer off.

i turned on in freezes @ microsoft photo @ clock curser moves no password box , none of other keys word avg ask me phone microsoft not open on sunday can 1 please, regards martin

based on information provided, suggest restart computer in safe mode can check if it's doing same thing. kindly refer link below on how can start in safe mode.

please let know if issue persist after restarting in safe mode.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
