No text at desktop when logging in after sign out - Microsoft Community


lately, when log in after having signed out there icons on desktop , @ loaded applications, windows icon (leftmost in taskbar) display normal image proper text. after perform restart normal; using windows 10 pro, version 1703. how can correct this?

accident, noticed in device manager there error usb port. (there no notification error existed, other reported problem). disconnecting , reconnecting usb attached devices corrected error, in turn resolved reported problem.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
