when try sign in windows 10 pc can sync computer asked enter password second time prove me. every time told password incorrect. have changed password multiple times trying fix nothing works. frustrating!! please help.

[1]  go web address:

http://outlook.com

[2]  type in email address used when set windows 10 pc.

[3]  click on link "forgot password".

[4]  follow webpage instructions that follow.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
