Windows 10 freezes every 10 to 30 mins - Microsoft Community


hi 

i bought new laptop few days ago, xps 15 laptop has 16 gb ram , 512 hard disk space in , has free space more 300gb. 

my laptop freezes every , , irritates me , not digest fact after spent hefty amount 3100 sgd , still have face freeze issues. heard machine power house , irritates me.  any appreciated.

hi basha,

one possible reason you’re experiencing windows 10 issue system file corruption. isolate concern, we’d ask few questions.

  • what changes have made prior issue?
  • did issue persist in safe mode?
  • are getting error message when computer freezes?

for now, suggest use sfc tool repair system files , see if helps.

  1. press windows key + x, click command prompt (admin).
  2. in command prompt, type command sfc /scannow , press enter.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
