Windows 10 Lumia 640 XL RESET PROTECTION RECOVERY - Microsoft Community


 i on windows insider program , when latest beta on started giving me issues used recovery tool offered microsoft. anyhow recovery went win 10 win 8.1. had forgotten turn off device protection on phone before hand though. @ start asked reset protection recovery key. went device management website on account , removed phone device list. should have received key @ point.. did not , pop told me receive key in email. email never came. when called support directed contracted company handles windows phone support. did not know how me, believe lacked knowledge. instead gave me number repair shop few states away me. months have passed , resolve issue. before asked, phone no longer on device list. how can resolve issue?

have same problem you, @ least know real owner of phone, drama came this, don't care problem, account of real owner can save phone.. put sim in, instead using key, press next until sign in dialog appear in screen, write account , password there..

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
