windows wont connect to SENS service - Microsoft Community


computer working fine overnight wouldnt work .keeps bringing message ,wont connect sens service .keeps saying windows encountered problem , needs restart ,nothing works in settings cant restore computer earlier date ,cant on internet ,using internet on computer ,any please thanks 

hi michael,

do remember software or hardware changes might have caused issue? in meantime, let's perform following steps:

  1. press windows key + x and select command prompt (admin).  

  2. type dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press enter.  

  3. once it's done, type sfc /scannow and press enter.  

  4. restart computer.

if issue persist, let's perform clean boot eliminate any software conflicts might have caused issue. follow steps in this article. 
 
note: after troubleshooting, make sure start computer referring to how reset computer start after clean boot troubleshooting section of article.

please advise necessary.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
